Dan Lorenz
Owner, President
Dan is the Owner and President of TriEx Development, and brings over a decade in real estate and construction experience. Dan oversees TriEx’s strategic vision and ensures that TriEx is up to date with the latest technology. Additionally, he serves on the Legislative Committee for The Builder’s Association of Northern Nevada and is the Chairman of the Multifamily Committee for NAIOP. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, and holds his MBA from Cal State Hayward.
Craig Shepherd
CONTRACTOR/SUPERINTENDENT
Craig is the contractor and superintendent for TriEx Development. He directly oversees the field operations including managing field labor, subcontractors, and project quality control. Craig brings over 15 years of construction and commercial real estate maintenance experience ranging from ground up development to Chief Building Engineer for several large hotels and condos in the Reno area.
Steve Bezick
Vice president of Operations
Steve is the Vice President of Operations for TriEx Development, and oversees the day-to-day management of the office including: accounting, business development, and general operations. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada and a Nevada real estate licensee.
