Candidates must have prior experience in residential and commercial construction, specifically: trim, baseboards, flooring, framing, doors, cabinets, and other general construction labor. Additionally, candidates must have reliable transportation (truck preferred), a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a background check, and their own tools
